The courses of Cefriel School of Digital Innovation are delivered by a diverse faculty: a large network of university professors, together with Cefriel professionals involved in digital innovation projects who share the experience they have gained in the field.

University Master’s Degrees
The most used hiring formula is the Higher Education and Research Apprenticeship (art.45), which includes the hiring of a new graduate and a part-time high-level training provided through a university Master's degree.
Corporate Master’s Degrees
Cefriel’s corporate Master’s degree courses are customized for each company. Together, we create specialized digital innovation training pathways for a group of professionals to drive recruitment, retention, and specialist training certified with a university degree.
The Master’s degree courses are either 18 or 24 months long and include periods of both study and work, allowing participants to apply their learning in the field through project work.

Intercompany Masters allow companies to enroll one or more employees
For 2024, Cefriel has designed two Masters which will start in October and last 24 months, combining study and work, with a project work for the practical application of learning.
The goal of the Master is to train a professional capable of understanding and enabling the multiple business innovation opportunities that can arise from new technologies. It is aimed at participants with both a scientific and humanistic degree, without technical prerequisites, to be involved in Digital Transformation projects.
The goal of the Master is to train professionals capable of developing digital products (sites, applications, software for intelligent devices, etc.) that offer an engaging, intuitive and distinctive experience to the users. It is aimed at participants with backgrounds in technical disciplines (IT, design, graphics, architecture), who will be able to cover roles such as UX and UI Designer, User Researcher, UX Engineer, Product Manager. in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, July 2022-December 2023

Corporate Education
Cefriel provides companies with a team of training designers who help both HR and the Digital, IT, and R&D divisions select the most relevant topics and the most appropriate formats to develop their professional profiles.
All courses are created on demand and the course duration varies, from a few days to several months, depending on the training objectives and the content selected in the course catalog.

Inter-company Training
Cefriel is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® and offers the inter-company preparation course for the prestigious and internationally recognized PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification.
The course is delivered online by trained teaching staff with content developed by the PMI.
On request, a specific course can be planned for participants from the same company.

Measuring Digital Readiness
The Digital Readiness meter developed by Cefriel is based on a digital culture framework that can be customized for every corporate context. A survey of situational questions measures respondents’ digital mindset and aptitude.
The results can be analyzed in PowerBI to identify gaps to be filled and action priorities for specific population clusters.

The purpose of Cefriel’s Digital Culture projects is to raise awareness about the opportunities offered by digital technologies and drive innovation in processes, products, services, and ways of working.
